Data and storage
The app does not use tracking and contains no analytics or advertising services. The app does not collect or send personal data to the publisher.
Projects and drafts are stored locally on your device. The Android version on Google Play excludes app data from automatic Android backup. The app does not offer a feature to delete a saved project from the project library. You can delete programs within a project. Uninstall the app to remove its locally stored app data.
Local network
When you use controller functions, the app communicates over the local Wi-Fi network with the HVP Aqua 5-channel Wi-Fi controller. iOS requests Local Network permission for this. The app does not read the Wi-Fi network name and does not request location or Bluetooth access. Controller communication is not sent to an external HVP server.
Sharing files
On Android you can save or open a project using the Android file picker. The app only reads or writes the file you select. On iOS you can export a project using the iOS share sheet. The publisher does not receive your files. Your chosen storage location or sharing destination may process data under its own terms. You manage files outside the app at the location you choose.
System services
The app uses the Android file picker or iOS file and sharing features only for actions you initiate. Your operating system provider and chosen storage location may process data according to their own terms and your device settings.
