Do you own a Juwel aquarium and did it come with a Helialux fixture? Then this blog is probably very interesting for you. Many of our customers own a Juwel aquarium and are not satisfied with their lighting. Why? The lighting is too dim, the lighting cannot be adjusted properly, the plants do not grow well, the aquarium is full of algae, the fish are not nicely coloured. There are various reasons for wanting to change lighting. Fortunately, HVP aqua has the solution to your lighting issues.
HVP aqua started manufacturing Aquarium Lighting in 2012. At that time, HVP aqua was one of the only ones selling Aquarium LED. So we really have a lot of experience. We are the only company in the world that focuses 100% on the development, production and sale of Aquarium LED. That makes us the leading experts in this field. Every year, we help hundreds of customers with their questions about (LED) lighting and illuminate their aquariums in the most beautiful way. The fish are more beautifully coloured, the plants grow better, truly an aquarium you can enjoy looking at and be proud of.
Modern Juwel Aquaria are mostly lit with the Juwel Helialux or Juwel Multilux lamps. A very large proportion of customers are not satisfied with these and want to replace the Juwel lighting. A large proportion of these then end up at HVP aqua. We have made purchasing lighting for your aquarium as easy as possible by putting together lighting sets for the most common Juwel Aquariums.
The Multilux lamps are replaced one-to-one for our lamps, with the current fixture serving as the basis for our lamps: you remove the old lamp from the fixture and replace it for a lamp from HVP aqua. It's that simple! The Multilux lamp is part of the aquarium hood and therefore cannot be removed. The lamp remains in the aquarium, but will no longer work. Simply place the HVP aqua lighting under the lamp. Use the brackets provided. If you need help with installation, we will of course be happy to help.
