We only provide direct service to customers who have purchased products from us (via the webshop). If you have purchased a HVP AQUA product at one of our sales points, we kindly request you to report your service question to the retailer. They will answer your service question.
You have a defective product, which is annoying and we think it is important that this problem is resolved as soon as possible. We use this form to speed up this process. We ask you to fill in this form completely and add all necessary attachments.
Note: warranty cases run through the store / webshop where you purchased the product. Submit this form to your supplier. HVP AQUA will then work with your supplier to find a suitable solution.
Our products come with 24 months (2 year warranty). The warranty period starts from the day of purchase.
After the warranty period of 24 months, a leniency period of 12 months applies. During this period you will receive a 30% discount on the purchase of the same product (s).
36 months after purchase, the right to warranty and leniency expires.
The General Terms and Conditions of HVP AQUA apply to all purchases.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
